We run the ads, check every homeowner, and book the visit in your area. The homeowner arrives already trusting you, because we recommended you. You pay only for roof checks you win.
How a roof check reaches you
Most solar ads bring in cheap enquiries that never reach a site visit. Ours bring homeowners who asked us to pick an installer for them, and booked a time.
We advertise
English, Malay and Chinese ads: "stop comparing solar companies, we already checked them". Price and bill floor shown up front.
Homeowner qualifies and books
Bill, home, owner, roof, phase, battery, area, payment, who decides. Condos, renters and bills under RM250 are stopped. They pick a day you are free.
They confirm on WhatsApp
The homeowner sends us the first message, so the number is real. Only then is the roof check sold.
You win it and call
Your standing bid wins, you are charged, and the homeowner gets your name. Call within 2 hours, visit, then mark the result.
One kind of lead: a booked roof check
Exclusive to you. The homeowner has booked a time, confirmed on WhatsApp and expects your call. Paid from your prepaid wallet.
Draft prices. Check with 2 to 3 vendors first: what a signed home costs them from their own ads today, against RM200 to RM400 a visit at their own sign rate.

Simple rules
Your bid is your yes
No accept button. If you win, the homeowner is told your name at once, so only bid where you can go.
Call within 2 hours
9am to 8pm; late bookings by 11am next day. Miss it and the home moves on, you get your money back, and 3 misses pause your bids.
Refunds within 48 hours
Wrong number, not the owner, condo or renter, outside your area, a repeat home, or a roof that is not suitable (satellite photo). Not for a changed mind.
Never above the price list
You sign a maximum price for each package. Quote lower if you like, never higher.
Homeowners rate you
After every visit. Under 4.0 out of 5 and you stop getting homes until it recovers.
Your area, your limit
Pick postcodes, bill bands, languages, battery homes, visit times and a weekly limit. Pause any time.
